How We Hire
-
1. Application
First, our recruitment team will carefully review each application. We recognize that candidates may be a strong fit for roles beyond the one they originally applied for, so we take a personalized approach by assessing every resume individually rather than relying solely on keyword search technology.
-
2. Interview with the Hiring Manager
The client will outline their requirements and suitability criteria to guide the hiring manager in selecting candidates from the talent pool. During the video interview, we will provide comprehensive details about the role and address any questions the applicant may have about BlackLabelVP. More importantly, we seek to understand the VA’s experience and how their skills can contribute to the success of both the client and the VA. The interview will be conducted via Zoom.
-
3. Panel Interview
After a successful video interview with a hiring manager and confirmation that the applicant meets the client's requirements, BlackLabelVP will provide details on the next steps. The following stage will be a panel interview involving the client, the hiring manager, and the VA applicant. During this interview, the client will lead the discussion, while the hiring manager will be present in a supportive capacity. This process allows the client to evaluate the applicant’s suitability for the role and ensure alignment with their specific needs.
-
4. Deliberation and selection
After the panel interview, the hiring manager and client will deliberate on determining whether to extend an offer to a candidate or continue the search for additional applicants.
-
5. Job offer!
After a successful onsite interview and deliberation, the hiring manager will reach out to the VA applicant to discuss a job offer. Once an agreement is reached, the official offer letter will be sent via email. From there, we’ll collaborate with you to finalize the start date, handle any necessary relocation details, and complete all required paperwork—ensuring a smooth transition into your new role.
-
VIrtual Assistant Onboarding
Once the job offer is accepted, the VA will complete all required documentation for both the company and the client, including signing contracts and NDAs for the assigned account. The VA will receive a confirmed start date, and we will facilitate their introduction to the team. Additionally, the training schedule and other onboarding materials will be sent via email to ensure a smooth transition into the role.ere
