Client staffing engagements are governed by the separate agreement entered into between Black Label VP and the client. If that agreement conflicts with these website Terms regarding paid staffing services, the signed client agreement controls.

Final scope, pricing, responsibilities and service terms are established separately.

Submitting an inquiry, completing an assessment, viewing a job posting or communicating through this website does not guarantee employment, candidate placement, an interview, engagement or acceptance as a client. Candidate opportunities may be administered through third-party recruiting platforms and are subject to the applicable role requirements and processes.
